Every building we sell includes FREE delivery for the first 40 miles.

  • For custom-built orders, mileage is calculated from our Wytheville, VA location
  • For inventory buildings, mileage starts from the building’s current location

If your delivery location is beyond 40 miles, we’re still happy to help. Extended delivery is available, and we’ll go over all costs with you upfront so there are no surprises.

A prepared site helps delivery go smoothly. Approved options include gravel pads, concrete pads, concrete blocks, or level ground prepared by the customer. We recommend about 2 feet of clearance on each side of the building. Not sure about your site? You’re welcome to send us photos and we’ll take a look.

Your building arrives fully assembled and is placed using professional delivery equipment. In many cases, we can place buildings in tighter or uneven areas when conditions allow.
